How long will delivery take?
Deckchairs will take up to three weeks to be delivered as they are made to order but we aim for your order to reach you sooner.
How will my chair be delivered?
The deckchairs will be packaged and sent by courier on next day delivery. If you provide a contact number or email address, we will notify you once your order has been despatched.
What if I am not there to take delivery?
If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the chair, an “attempted delivery” card will be left with details of where the parcel can be picked up.
Can my chair be delivered abroad?
Overseas delivery can be arranged. Delivery prices vary.
Why can I only buy two Tracey Emin deckchairs?
Due to the limited availability and to be fair to all our enthusiastic supporters, we have restricted the quantity so that as many people as possible can enjoy Tracey's chair. The Royal Parks Foundation reserves the right to decline an order if a customer attempts to purchase more than two.
What if I would like to cancel my order?
If, after placing your order, you change your mind within 7 days, please contact The Royal Parks Foundation by emailing cbowen@royakparks.gsi.gov.uk or telephoning 020 7298 2139. After 7 days, we regret we will not be able to offer a refund.
What if my deckchair arrives damaged?
If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace them or refund your money, including postage costs.
What if I am unhappy with the quality of my deckchair?
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.
What are the deckchairs made from?
Each deckchair has a solid merpauh frame (from a sustainable source) and an artist’s woven canvas, suitable for outdoor use.
