We invited over 100 students, aged 5-15 from six different London schools, to get involved in Deckchair Dreams this year.They visited their local Royal Park and worked with our artist Gayna Pelham, plus our fabulous education staffand volunteers, to discover the Rare and Wonderful Things all around them. After sketching in the parks, the pupils worked on their deckchair designs back in the classroom.

Our judging panel then had the task of choosing a winner from each school to be part of the collection.

Charlton Extended Schools Cluster

A group of pupils from eight different schools visited Greenwich Park on a freezing day. They focused on the early flowers and ancient sweet chestnut trees, then turned to the famous view across the city of London.
